Built for the people who do the work
Craft Collective builds provider-first marketplaces and software for independent professionals and local service businesses — without the lead taxes, referral tolls, or platform commissions.
The local services economy has gotten too extractive. Providers pay inflated lead fees, referral fees, and platform commissions just to reach customers. Those costs don't disappear — they get passed on to consumers through higher prices.
Craft Collective exists to build the alternative: high-quality, low-cost marketplaces where providers keep more of what they earn and consumers get better service at a lower cost.

“The relationship between a provider and a customer belongs to them — not to a platform taxing the connection.”
Founder-funded. Independent.
Craft Collective is not backed by venture capital or private equity. That's a deliberate structural choice. Outside capital comes with built-in pressure to extract more from every transaction over time. The math of those returns almost always ends in higher fees, higher take rates, or new monetization layered on top of the original promise.
Being founder-funded gives us the freedom to build around providers and consumers — not around return expectations — and to keep prices low because we're not on a clock to multiply them.
How we make money
Free to be listed on every Craft Collective company. A small monthly subscription unlocks premium features. No per-lead fees, no referral fees, no transaction cuts — on any of our platforms.
What's next
Over time, Craft Collective expands beyond discovery into the broader software providers need to run their businesses — reputation, communication, payments, scheduling, and business operations. The discovery layer is the wedge, not the destination.
